Bookings
Appointments created from the public profile, dashboard or simulator should be reviewed by the business when necessary. Cancellation, rescheduling and confirmation rules depend on the business configuration.
AI agent
The AI agent is in preparation and simulation. Sensitive actions such as creating, cancelling or rescheduling appointments must use clear limits and may require human review.
Availability
The product may change during development. Continuous availability is not guaranteed during private pilots, although protecting data and maintaining action traceability remain priorities.
